PLAYTIME / PARTIES/ HOLIDAY CAMP BOOKING

New members

If you are a new member, please register through our form below to book a place for the following:

• Playtime
• Parties
• Holiday Camps

Once you have a login you can book the above via your membership account page
Please note when there are no Playtime Sessions / Parties / Holiday Camps available the option to book will not show.

Step 1 – YOUR DETAILS

Fill in the details in the form below and click NEXT PAGE.

Step 2 – SELECTING THE CLASSES

Choose the child’s age then select the classes you want to join.  You can choose up to 3 options with the first being your preferred option. This will add your child to the current waiting list for each option. Click SUBMIT.

Step 3 – COMPLETING YOUR ACCOUNT

You will receive two emails, the first will ask you to click on a link to set up a password to complete the account set-up. The second will welcome you to Spelthorne Gymnastics and provide you with a link to our Home Page where you can login to your new account.  To log in to your account click MY ACCOUNT on the top menu. Once you have logged in click MEMBERSHIP PROFILE.

When you have logged into your account you will be able to edit your details, change your waiting list options, pay for classes, keep track of your child’s progress and much more.

Step 4 – WHEN A PLACE BECOMES AVAILABLE

Spelthorne Gymnastics will be in touch by email when a place becomes available in one of your preferred class options. You will not hear from us before then. In our email, you will be asked to login to your account and confirm you will be attending a trial for the class. If you do not confirm attendance for the trial within 7 days, the place may be offered to someone else, and you will receive a further email from us asking if you wish to remain on the waiting list.  Please let us know ASAP your intentions.  If we do not hear from you within a further 30 days, we will assume you are no longer interested and remove you from the waiting list.  Your account will remain open, and you can re-join the waiting list/s at any time.

To log in to your account click MY ACCOUNT on the top menu. Once you have logged in click MEMBERSHIP PROFILE.
