Part-time Receptionist/Administrator

Spelthorne Gymnastics is a world-renowned gymnastics club based in Sunbury-on-Thames with a friendly team of coaches and administrative staff. We are looking for a part-time , receptionist/administrator to work on our reception desk Monday and Thursday evenings. Applicants must have a friendly demeanour, good inter-personal skills, be computer literate with basic IT skills and an ability to deal with problems face-to-face in calm and friendly manner. You will be trained on our computer membership system and will be required to carry out a variety of administrative duties including dealing with public enquiries on day-to-day basis.

The 10 hours of work are; Monday and Thursday evening 3:30pm to 8:30pm

Salary according to experience and agreed hours of work.

General Gymnastics Coach

Spelthorne Gymnastics is looking for an enthusiastic General Gymnastics coach to work evenings and weekends in our General Gymnastics Programme. Applicants must have a friendly, lively, demeanour and good inter-personal skills. You will need to be able to work with boy and girl gymnasts with varied abilities, ages from 4 to 16 years old. You will need to be proactive and passionate about the gymnasts progression, and have the ability to inspire our young members.

Applicants may have previous gymnastics or coaching experience, or may be qualified sports teachers looking to specialise in gymnastics.  A DBS certificate will be required before commencement.

The hours of work are: Monday-Friday 4.00pm-8.00pm and Saturday 10.00pm-5.00pm.

Salary according to experience and agreed working timetable.

EXPERIENCE:
·British Gymnastics Level 1 or above in General Gymnastics, preferred but not essential
·Over 18 years old
