Although the preparation for the Christmas shows are in full swing we still need help with the finishing touches.
As you know the Fundraising Team are busy working behind the scenes, helping to pull off another great show. They help with everything from selling tickets, producing programmes, arranging stalls, selling food and drink on the evening, putting together and selling the DVD and many other things you probably would not think of. So let’s help them, to help make these shows FAB!
There are many ways you can get involved, even if you cannot afford to donate you can offer your time and services on the evening .. just ask at the gym about how to get involved.
Firstly, the Christmas Raffle. This is held throughout the Christmas shows during the interval. Great prizes are always up for grabs and the raffle is always very successful – but to help make it successful we need more donations PRETTY PLEASE!
You can donate anything big or small, from bottles of wine, chocolates, vouchers or small gifts ..anything you think someone may love! You have until the 30th November to hand in any generous donations. There is a collection box in reception, so you can hand over gifts to a member of the reception team ?
Secondly, our Christmas Auction. The auction will be showcasing many great items; get involved and you could get your hands on tickets to shows, sporting events, signed merchandise etc… Sounds like something to enter? Keep your eyes peeled as details will soon be made available for you to get involved. Again, donations would be greatly appreciated as all money raised goes towards our gymnasts.

Finally, if you or someone you know would like to appear in programme GET IN TOUCH! The deadline has been extended, but get in quick.. you only have until the weekend!
You can have a full or half page advert, £50 for a full page (A5), £25 for a half page (A6). Adverts may be in black and white but they are still a fab way to get noticed, that’s because the team will be selling 450 tickets each night of the display, so that £25/£50 investment has the potential to reach thousands of people! REMEMBER you only have until the weekend if you are interested!! ?
As always, a DVD to remember the event will be available to purchase, pick up a form from the cafe to request a copy, prices will remain at £10. You can also buy a copy on the night.
And if that is not enough we will be wrapping up Christmas with a PARTY! The best way to relax and unwind after the madness of the shows.. this will be Saturday 16TH December, so if you want to attend grab your tickets now!
